1) Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Amistad Mexico website and related scheduling services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization and its users to these Terms.

2) Bookings & Scheduling

You may schedule meetings through the Service with the available time slots shown. Availability is subject to change. Confirmation details will be sent to the email address you provide. Amistad Mexico may use a third-party scheduling provider (e.g., Calendly) to facilitate bookings; your use of that embedded tool may also be subject to the provider’s terms.

3) User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate information, to refrain from abusive or unlawful activity, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not attempt to disrupt the Service, circumvent security, or use automated means to access non-public areas.

4) Fees & Payments

Unless otherwise stated, bookings are offered without charge. If fees apply to certain sessions or services, those will be disclosed before you confirm. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless indicated.

5) Rescheduling & Cancellations

You may reschedule or cancel using the links in your confirmation email, subject to any notice windows displayed during booking. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel for operational reasons; if applicable, refunds will follow the policy communicated at the time of purchase.

6) Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data. By using the Service, you acknowledge our data practices as described there.

7) Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or unlawful content; to harass or violate the rights of others; or to attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code, except to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amistad Mexico and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

11) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Amistad Mexico and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

12) Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your primary place of business or residence unless otherwise required by mandatory law. If you operate from Nigeria, the Nigeria Data Protection Act/NDPR and related regulations may apply alongside general contract law. Venue and jurisdiction shall lie with competent courts in the applicable location.

13) Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated date will appear at the top of this page. Material changes will be notified via the website or by email when feasible. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
